As a Marketing Automation Platform Manager at CFC, you will develop and implement marketing operations strategies and automation campaign tactics. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to build, monitor, test, and optimize programs and processes using Marketo. The role is responsible for daily project management, technical and platform management for Marketo programs, data normalization support, email template design, and documenting best practices for continual learning

What you’ll do when you join us:   

Marketo Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and configure Marketo, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.  

Campaign Development: Design, build, and execute complex marketing campaigns within Marketo, including email marketing, lead nurturing, and scoring.  
Lead Lifecycle Management: Develop and maintain lead scoring models, lead routing rules, and data enrichment strategies.  
Data Management: Ensure data hygiene and accuracy by managing data flows between Marketo and other platforms (CRM, CMS, etc.).  
Personalization and Segmentation: Leverage Marketo’s capabilities to create personalized experiences for our audience segments.  
Reporting and Analytics: Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts.  
Automation and Workflows: Create and maintain automated workflows, including drip campaigns, triggered emails, and event-based communications.  
A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to optimize email content, subject lines, and landing pages.  
Technical Support: Troubleshoot issues, provide technical support to marketing teams, and collaborate with Marketo support as needed.  

Here’s what we’re looking for:   

3+ years of Marketing Automation Platform experience   
2+ years of Marketo Administrator experience  
Marketo Certified (preferred)  
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.  
Comfortable working in a cross-functional environment and communicating with stakeholders.  
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to find creative solutions to marketing challenges.  
Meticulous in campaign setup, testing, and quality assurance.  
Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with Marketo best practices, industry trends, and new features.  
Proficiency in Marketo, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Familiarity with REST APIs and integrations.  
Software Applications: Marketo, Netsuite, Asana, PageProof

The hiring range for this position is $100,000-120,000 annually. The pay offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
