Clinton, New York, The Communications and Marketing Assistant is an active member of the Communications and Marketing team with many opportunities to collaborate on institutional communications and marketing projects. They will play an important role in supporting the Sr. Director of Marketing and Analytics with social media content creation, management, and analytics. This person will work with a variety of content creation tools and will have the chance to develop a strong understanding of digital marketing. The position also will support team members with proofreading, website analytics, scheduling, travel planning, note taking, file management, and other light administrative responsibilities.  This is a full-time, non-exempt position with a pay range of $20.00 to $23.00 per hour. Responsibilities Assists with creating and posting content on the College social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. Uses a scheduling tool such as Buffer to help plan and meet social media needs Assists with data reporting and analysis and helps adjust strategy documents as needed Coordinates Communications and Marketing meetings and helps team members with scheduling Attends meetings, takes notes, and contributes ideas Assists team members with research, proofreading, correspondence, spreadsheets, data entry, and presentations as needed Other duties as assigned
